At Solgrid, we design and deliver smart solar solutions that help businesses reduce costs and move towards a more sustainable future. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Graduate Engineer who’s ready to learn, get stuck in, and make an impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work alongside our design and project teams on real solar projects
Get involved in project delivery and take ownership of key tasks
Help source materials like panels, cabling, and electrical equipment
Support with technical drawings, layouts, and cable calculations
Visit project sites and see how everything comes together on the ground
Assist with reports and documentation for completed installations
Provide general technical and product support when needed
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Electrical, Energy or Mechanical Engineering
An interest in renewable energy (solar experience is a bonus, not a must)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
